Yet the promise has levels that are appealing to every eye that can see them. This can make it difficult to come together, especially when the group makes it easier to see further down the road, but you have to believe there is wealth there for you to move forward.

When I realized this, leadership became an opportunity to align with folks who cared about what I cared about, wanted to finish what previous generations had started, and wanted to find ways to work together to elevate the standard of wealth to a legacy that can be passed on for generations.
